The Paddock Group is an investment firm grounded in small automotive service businesses.
I formed The Paddock, LLC, in 2020 as a holding company for automotive-related companies, real estate, and other assets. Since that time, it has grown to hold four companies outright, hold interests in two C-Corporations, and has served as the management company for a venture capital fund.
The Paddock Group takes a faith-directed approach to investment criteria and portfolio company management. This is an extension of my own identity as a follower of Christ. What does this mean for our firm? Primarily it means we formally exclude investing in or partnering with adult, cannabis, gambling, tobacco, or other similar businesses. We also seek to honor Christ in our workplaces through policies such as competitive wages, paid time off, and paid parental leave.
